Orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday are entered on that day but WILL NOT be shipped until Monday. Orders placed during the week are entered daily at 6pm!

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.You will receive a tracking number to your email once order is processed. Shipping service takes 3-5 working days. For expedited shipping there is a $15 fee.

Shipping fees are included in pricing! Please be mindful when typing in your address that everything is correct, there is a fee for address changes!!

No, When placing an order, make sure you choose the correct lengths, texture and/or color.

3. Can I color my extensions?

Yes, you can but we recommend hiring a professional colorist to help achieve the desired look that you want.

4. Can I make changes to an order?

If you notice an error made on your end in regards to a placed order, please email or text us immediately! If your order has already been processed, we won't be able to change it.

Raw and virgin hair mimics real human hair, so it needs routine cleansing.

    •    Shampoo every 2–3 weeks

    •    Use sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoos

    •    Follow with a slip-heavy conditioner

    •    Rinse with lukewarm water (never hot)

🧴 2. Deep Condition for Maximum Longevity

Deep conditioning is the secret to keeping raw/virgin hair soft.

    •    Apply deep conditioner every 3–4 weeks

    •    Let it sit for 15–30 minutes

    •    Focus on mid-shaft to ends

    •    Avoid applying directly to the lace or wefts

Raw/virgin hair can last years if handled gently.

    •    Detangle while hair is damp and conditioned

    •    Start from ends → roots

    •    Use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers

    •    Hold the hair to prevent tension and shedding

Just like natural hair, these textures can burn.

    •    Always apply heat protectant

    •    Keep heat under 450*F

    •    Limit daily flat ironing or curling

    •    Opt for flexi rods, pin curls, or heatless styles

Raw and virgin hair has no natural scalp oils since it’s no longer attached to a head.

    •    Use a light leave-in conditioner weekly

    •    Add a few drops of argan or grapeseed oil to ends
